Having successfully repaired a KVM-2131U recently (faulty non electrolytic
in horz output) I noticed all the DC output voltages were high. (+B was 165V
, +7v is +11V ) I compared them with those on a working KVM-2121U ,(almost
identical inside) , these were all high by the same amount. Can someone
give me the correct voltages for both please?

Since it is a Sony, +B should be 135V. Only a few models have lower +B,
never seen anything higher.

Thanks Maarten,
It is funny that both TVs have the same voltages ,and that the voltage
markings on the main PCB are lower values , anybody else got any ideas
please?

Too high a voltage can be caused by a 100k or 150k resistor in the
feedback circuit (R522 in AE-1B and AE-1C chassis, not sure what chassis
you have) drifting off-value. Also, double check your meter is
functioning properly, since it also reads high on a good working TV set.
