Sony cassette deck service bulletin (fix R/P head eating tape issue)

I am looking for the service bulletin regarding to my SONY cassette deck
TC-K679ES. The service bulletin mention the method how to fix the
Record/Playback head eating tape issue. SONY parts center not longer
available on this paper. I am wondering if anyone has the bulletin and I can
have a copy.
