No power to the power switch or the speaker. I don't know if the speaker will get power before the power button is pressed, but I should be getting full 20V at the power button right?

No. ... well, not likely.
The power switch would be a lower powered monitored button.
You need to follow the traces from the power socket, don't just guess and measure random things.
