Solder Soldering Paste Flux RMA 223 and Hot air gun.

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to solder a 1284P TQFP-44 by Solder Soldering Paste Flux RMA 223 and Hot air gun.
I see some video about Hot Air soldering techniques, so I'm trying to follow these.
I do not understand why, whenever I heat up , the solder paste (Solder Soldering Paste Flux Grease RMA 223) melts, but the 1284P does not solder to the pcb.

You need solder PASTE.

The website looks good.
I have never used it but am sure it’ll be ok.
I don’t use lead free solder or paste so can’t give an opinion on it.
I personally don’t like lead free solder.
