SMT Manufacturing Line costing sheet

I am looking for a SMT line manufacturing costing sheet.
It should reflect
Cost of Machinery(like Solder paste, Pick and Place, baking ,AOI, ICT etc
Cost of Labor
Cost of Solder paste per pad or some other best technique.
Machine Amortization cost
Real estate
Inventory carrying cost

If I have missed any point above please add the same while sharing the costing sheet.

Data from China manufacturing point of will be better.

no-one here could give you that info
you would have to go to a company that does that sort of thing and get some costs from them

My PCB manufacturer charges one cent per SMD for fixing plus about one cent per item for resistors and caps and the larger parts according to Chinese prices.
It's cheaper than getting the soldering iron out yourself.
