    I can not charge 12V Battery, Can anyone help me to solve the problem and also send me a circuit diagram for SMPS Battery Charger?

    hi welcome to the forum :)

    It might help if we knew what sort of battery you are trying to charge ? :)

    different types have very different charging requirements
    some are constant voltage some are constant current etc etc
