Small polypropylene cap for flash tube drive?

  1. Please can someone advise me what the catch is here? There might be one...

RS Components (rswww.com) part order code 616-7783
    PHE448 pulse capacitor,10uF, 1600Vdc

It seems these will be very fast to dump a charge, and handle high
currents, suggesting that buying their SSM of ten would make a VERY cheap
way to make a variable bank for driving a YAG laser rod, yet small lasers
like the SSY-1 rangefinder YAG use much bigger axial capacitors for a given
    capacitance.

Are these small radial types bad for this use, and if so, why?
