simulteneous broadcasting

I am in need of some help.I want to set up two studios 75Km apart and want them work simultaneously as they are controlled by their respective consoles.Am thinking of using E1 lines besides satellite,seems i needed an encoder/decoder devise at each end.How best can some one give me alternative and what exactly can be used to archive the same?
