Simple Function Generator

I am trying to make simple function generator. The problem is that I am getting only square wave correctly, rest of the waves are not accurate, but abnormal. Here's the circuit diagram I am using. I replaced 0.1 uF and 0.001 uF with 1 uF, but it also didn't work.

Looks like it should work to me. I think you might have a wiring issue. Post your measurements so we can see them. One thing I just noticed looking at the data sheet for the OP amp is it does not like having an input anything greater than the supply minus 3V. This could cause you problems.
