    Hi,I am newbie and i wanted to know how SiC and GaN are different from each other?
    Also i am interested to know the boiling point of SiC and GaN ?
    please suggest me the answers

    I googled it but i want a clear picture as it is showing as N/A(not applicable),then how a material without boiling point can exist?
    i dont know there may be some materials ,but i am not sure so..

    Don't stop with the first search result you get. Have a look at some of the other results, too.
