Signetics 8223 Datasheet

Can anyone help me find the datasheet for the Signetics 8223? It's a
pretty old (32 x 8) PROM, I think it was made sometime in the 70s. Any
help would be much appreciated.

The 82S23 and 82S123 should have the same pinout, but I don't know if
they use the same programming algorithm, you'd have to check that out:
