Sigma Delta Modulator - MASH

Hi, All:

For Sigma-Delta Modulator design, MASH architecture suffers from being
sensitive to the Op Amp's finite gain in its first stage and mismatch
between analog and digital circuitry, but why? Does other
architecutres has no such kind of problems there?
