i am performing an experiment on opamp in procedure it says''

    Shunt R2 by a 10kΩ resistor

Shunt to be added in series or to the ground.

Neither series or to the ground.

To shunt R2, connect the 10kΩ resistor across it i.e. between B and C so that the connection will now be somewhat less than 10kΩ.

Resistors in parallel, add the conductances.
    1/100k + 1/10k = 1/?

Yes, and to shunt (connect in parallel) R1 connect between B and ground.
