    can anyone plz tell me what kind of waves shud i use for very short
    ranged singan TX and RX.
    the range shud be as small as one side of a 4-lane road.
    plz include as many details as possible.

    check out lprs.co.uk and radiometrix for typical devices

    Usually, you would use electromagnetic waves for electronic
    communications or sound waves for human communications. Can you just
    yell to the fellow on the other side?

    What are you trying to communicate?
