sequential circuit mod 10 synchronous down counter help

Hi i need some assistance with a mod 10 synchronous down counter using jk flip flops as when everything is connected i get numbered values that don't make sense.
First thing i did was find my next states and then used the transition diagram to find the values of my j,k's. You can see my next states and my simplification for my jk's in the picture below. I triple checked my transition simplification so im pretty sure its not the problem.
I think that the problem is that im not sure how to wire everything together. The way i did it was i built it was the same way i successfully build a synchronous mod 10 up counter but changed my next state values which gave me different transition tables.
If anyone could help me with this I would deeply appreciate it
