i couldnt find help for making a battery meter to show true voltage of
a battery while
1.the battery is being charged and when the load is attached at al
times

I made a simple one with a uC. The uC measures the differences in
voltage when power is connected or disconnected. It also switches the
5V supply to the battery when needed.
