I am working on a Sencore TF46 Super Cricket. I have their manual and it points out a Full Scale Meter Calibration pot but there is nothing describing how to do that calibration. Anyone have any information on this calibration?

Under some operating condition the meter should show fsd. This allows the meter reading to be set to fsd when those conditions are met (possibly during calibration). Playing around with it may make the device less accurate.

(Ok, in retrospect, you may be fully aware of that :))

Pages 29 thru 31 of the manual describe the calibration procedure, including the use of this control.

I found the manual on the userequiu.com web site (it was the first hit on Google when I searched for the manual)

Sir K4PI . . . . . . .
Unfortunately the TF46 manual only gives you cryptic partial schematics or block diagrams.
The grandfather unit was the TF 26 and its manual has ALL of the schematic, plus on late versions they placed a buffer / squarer two transistor, add on modification to the output of the 2 Khz osc circuit.
CHECK your units 2 khz osc circuit to see if it is the same circuitry using LM3900 IC..
I have that posted on my published digital library, so that info of both the complete schematic and the MOD-ification are available to all. Good resolution on download . . . .iffy . . . . on preview page.
