    Hi all.

You may know how to assamble a self-holding relay circuit. When you contact relay's bobbin's pins to the +5V and GND, the other 2 pins will shortcut. However I need this setup without using relay.

I know thyristors can do this but I do not have any. So, I'm trying to assamble this setup by using thyrsor's equivalent circuit diagram. However ıt doesn't work. I don't know where is the problem. I've assambled the equivalent circuit and gave power to the base, system worked, but when I cut off the power from base my circuit stops working.

    Can anyone help me?

What are you actually trying to do?
