Hi, I am searching for a plastik laser-pointer hull without the
electronics inside. I need some of them because I want to build units
which let one loose the electrostatic-loading (which appears when you
wear rubber-shoes or clothes made of sysntetic fibres or going on some
syntetic carpets)
The hull should be made like this: Key-chain, metal head, plastic
corpus, metal nose - all screwed.
The prototype runs perfectly, but to sell it I need professional
hulls.

Thanks for any informations!
Aurel (Vienna / Austria) - sorry for my bad English

I grabbed my cheapo laser-pointer, and found that it is easy to clean out
the insides. Why don't you just buy a bunch of pointers and clean out the
interior, for your item?.

Since you're dealing with limited, prototype quantities, why not
simply buy a small quantity of keychain laser pointers on eBay, then
remanufacture them for your application?

Later, when you have serious financial backing, you can alway find a
vendor to replicate the shells in quantity based upon your engineering
drawings and specifications.
