I have an Android NuVision Tablet TM 1318.

They told me it can only see a 32GB Micro SD Card.

I did not know this I have been useing a 64 GB Micro SD Card in it.

And it was working for some time.

But now it does not see it.

Can I ask if they say it can not see it because they just did not test it?

If so can I get my Tablet to use a 64 GB Card?

32 GByte is the limit for micro SDHC cards. Above that SDXC cards have to be used. (source: sdcard.org).
It is unpredictable whether and how a 64 GB SDXC card works in a 32 GB SDHC slot.
I know of no means to get a card interface designed for SDHC cards to work with SDXC cards.
Your best option is to buy a 32 GB SDHC card.
