I have a Sceptre LCD TV with a bad power supply. Does anyone know anything about repairing these tv's? Where can I get parts?

I had a vizio that had a bad power supply. It is very easy to fix just as long as you open up your LCD without damaging it. Unhook all cables and start unscrewing the back. Normally there are two large circuit boards in the back, one being the main board and the second being the power supply board. Power supply boards are normally connected to the main board with a serial port. Ultimately you want to just unscrew your powersupply board and unconnect all the wires connecting to the main board. You can purchase the power supply board by simply google the board number that you see on your current power supply board. Shouldnt cost you more than 100 dollars. Order it and once you get it, just place it in the same place your old one was and connect all the ports back to normal. Make sure you take note of where each wire was connected.
