I'm working on a sceptre 19" monitor part # D97A, Model M993. Looks
like someone attempted repair on this monitor and possibly left out
C540. Could someone confirm whether this cap is actually used and what
is the value?(silkscreening indicates it's an electrolytic). The
customer said it was repaired under warranty several times but fails
again after a month or so but he doesn't know what was replaced.
(Monitor powers up but no H.V., HOT and FB seem OK.) Any tips on this
one?
