sanyo television no luminance/pinout for LA76170

I have a chassis from a sanyo television (chassis no g5v-2558c1) which
has has no luminance on the video inputs or the coax/tuner input, it
does however display internal menu's fine.

The IC101 is listed as a sanyo LA76170, I've searched all over for
pinouts of this on the internet but haven't come up with anything. Does
anyone have a pinout for this chip?

Also any idea of where I can start to try and fix this problem. Like I
said there is no luminance on the video inputs but the menus work fine
so I am pretty sure the lum signal is getting lost somewhere around IC101.
