I am corious to know a 20A battery charger for commercial,it use
sandwich rectifier, it make no sense as standard axial rectifiers with
    high current &
small size is readaly available.Does any person know ? Thanks.

Most likely a selenium rectifier. These were used before silicon diodes
became affordable. They have more voltage drop that a diode and when
then short they smell something terrible, not to mention the sparks that
    they kick up.
