What about the HDTV tuner, SIR T151. Is that schematic available?
I've got one with a broken color burst, and I think it's one of the
capacitors, since it looks fine for about 45 seconds when started cold.
Freeze spray isn't locating it. The color seems to lose it's
synchronization with the luminence, and you see a strobing of the color
only. Turn down the TV's color setting all the way, and you have a fine
black and white picture.
