I doubt if I can help, but a photograph sharp enough for us to read all the writing (that remains) on the chip, from directly above the board, taken in indirect lighting (say, outside in shade, NOT with a flash) will make it easier for anyone to identify it.

Great.

Here is a pdf of the specs of this device.

And you can get one here.

Not sure why I couldn't find it the first time. Anyway, your photo confirms that it's the same package.

Thanks. I saw there is a lot of the same types all-over with the same 3BR1765JZ codes but the rest of the codes differs. Does it matter ?

The rest in this case are batch number, manufacturing date, possibly a location, etc.

In terms of performance, it shouldn't matter.

Don't just order 1 of these. There is a possibility that this failed because of some other fault and the replacement may do the same. If it does you'll have to figure out what the real fault is, and you'll be thankful you have spares...

Ok Thanks
I will give it a go.......
Lightning struck near my house and the player was off at the time. This was all I could see damaged on the power board rest seems fine, but can only be proven when replaced
