220/50hz most of the time +- at least 10% in places .

They state it's 220-240 @ 50 Hz

Moscow area is 50hz - 220v. (I assume its the same in other regions)

Most of the sockets are "shuko" types now, but there are still plenty
of soviet 2 pin units around.
