Hello,
I have three phase motor wired to delta, but I don't have access to the inside.I only have three wires coming from motor,
can I rewire that three wires to use single phase without opening(that motor is very small)?

If it is a sub fractional motor you may get it to run by using a motor run rated capacitor in series with one of the windings to obtain a phase shift as is done with 1ph motors.
The other two would go to the supply, do you have the 1ph voltage available for the same rating as the 3ph motor?

Three phase motors have their windings separted 120 electrical degrees apart and require a supply of the same nature.
Any capacitor connected arrangement would be theoretical and rather low in torque if at all applied and perhaps require a "hand start" not to mention current characteristics way off the original.

I have built some of the popular 3 phase generator (RPC) that became popular in the '90's, these use a 3ph motor ran off of 1 phase to produce/generate a three phase output 120° apart.
For a small motor it will work just as well, been done many times.

The PhasePerfect S.S. invertor also uses the 240v 1ph passed directly though for 2 of the phases as does the RPC, they are also 120° 3ph.
