How can u get 3.3 Volt 1.2 amp ripple free DC output from an 230 volt
    AC transformer?

It's imposible to get ripple free from a DC supply. You can get it very
clean although. The only ripple free DC source is a battery! What level of
    ripple can you live with?

    look for a DC/DC converter with a 3.3V 1.2 Amp output, maybe 2A or 3a is
better. Then look for 230Vac input rectifier with the required output
for the DC/DC converter input. In other words 230V ac -- DC/DC converter
    -- 3.3Vdc output. If possible select a DC/DC converter with a high
(300kHz) switching frequency. Costly, but that will give you low riple
