Dear, I bought an HCC10, here in Brazil the energy is quite unstable.
I took it to a service center and the technician said that due to the unstable voltage, this pan doesn't work properly. He advised me to buy a power transformer to stabilize it.
When I plug it into the socket and start the cooking process, in less than a minute it beeps and appears on panel E06.
According to Zojirushi, the manual for this pan says the following:
In case of voltage abnormality, the unit automatically stops to prevent a breakdown.
Recheck the rated voltage of your outlet to see if it complies with the Rice Cooker. If not, use another outlet.
I've already tested in different locations, but this error still appears.
Maybe something burned on the board, is there a solution for this error? Is there a way to replace the part to make the pan work again?
