I have a video game that outputs Red, Green, Blue, and Sync. I need a
converter to plug it into an NTSC TV connectors like through the composite
    or s-video.

I have been looking for Analog Devices AD724 or AD725 chips but I have not
found anywhere that sells them. Either of these chips along with some parts
    can make such a converter.
Does anyone know where I could buy an AD724 or AD725?

Where can I get any inexpensive RGB (and S) to composite/s-video/NTSC
    encoder/converter ?

    Thank you.
