Short answer, no.

Long answer maybe.
This would involve far too much work then it's worth. If you happen to be able to have a device that could accept a new piece of hardware, you will need to develop the firmware to support it. Many of these devices use an SoC so you can't really modify them with additional hardware anyway because everything (or most of everything) is on one chip.
