Resistance seen by a capacitator

Do you know of any website or text that helps with explaining the resistence seen by a capacitator and if the capacitators are indipendent or not?

What do you mean by "seen" and also "independant"?
Capacitors have series resistance and ohmic resistance.

Thank you for replying. For example how do you calculate the resistance seen by the Cd capacitator? How do you know that capacitator does not react with the other capacitator
