Replace E6A2 -CS5C encoder with E6A2 -CWZ5C

i have encoder omron E6A2 -CS5C and I want to replace this by an other encoder E6A2 -CWZ5C
ITS possible to replace or no

Depends.

The only difference is the number of pulses per revolution. If those pulses are counted electronically and used for position reference or other positional accuracy function then you will have to adapt the software to take into account the extra pulses (i.e. divide by 3.6).

Without knowing your application we cannot comment further.
