Repairing 9" portable TV, need advice

It had been about 10 years since the last time I had a TV that needed
more than a simple cleaning or replacing fuses. I picked up ETron
portable B&W TV for only $3 since it wasn't working. The power supply
brick was measured at 18v DC with no load and is probably fine (it is
rated 13.5v at 1300 mA). But when I replaced the fuse and then turned
the TV on, the fuse blew right out. I'm sure there's a short somehwere
between the switch and the rest of the TV, most likely on the primary
side leading up to flyback and HOT.

My TV is model BTV-10 I tried to search and didn't get a single result
on Google with either web search or group search so I guess this TV
isn't common or maybe it's simply not old enough to start showing up in
repair shop (date of manufacture is Aug. 2000)

Any idea where I could find a schematic or a few common part to check?
And how would I correctly check the HOT that has the part number 942
over D362-H? Or about the 10 pins voltage regulator IC number CO1031CS?
(the "O" could have been a zero)

Thanks.
