Relay switch help

I Bought a 5v Relay >> https://ae01.alicdn.com/kf/HTB1wePj...s-5V-1-Channel-font-b-Relay-b-font-Module.jpg << but it says 220vac 120vac 220vac. I only connect it to a circuit with 12 volts. Will it work? what is the minimum voltage of the NO, NC, and COM ??

That's the contact ratings. A load of 12v is less than 220v so your fine provided you don't exceed 15 amps.
No minimum.

So you are saying that even 3.3volts will work as long as it wont exceed 220 volts because it is that maximum voltage?

Yes, maximum ratings of the relay contacts.
The coil is 5v but the contacts can be from 0 to 220v. Think of it as a light switch.
