    Hi guys,
please let me know if there is a IC which gives both +2.5 and -2.5 output voltage with an input voltage of 12 votls.

How much current do you require? What's the circuit for, can you use a switching regulator?
    Thanks

For up to 350mA the LTC1945 is suited.Or Google "Dual DC/DC Converter with Positive and Negative Outputs".

There are many app notes that show how to add a winding to the inductor in a buck regulator to give a second output that can bee either positive or negative.
