where r these hybrid parameters used ? what for they r invented ?

    Subject: regarding hybrid parameters
To characterize the action of the transistor.

This is the hard part of the class. Re-read the textbook.

    Good luck

Hybrid parameters are used when other parameters don't work so well.
The h param works well with the pi and T transistor model because
input and output resistances are mixed with voltage to current
relations which is why they were called "hybrid" in the first place.

  4. Hi,

And a reason that they are often more popular than other
parameters is their relative ease of measurement. Certain ports
are made short or open circuit to AC during testing which is
    quite easy to do.

And please learn to spell the word "are," so that you don't appear such an
    ignoramus.

    Thanks,
    Rich

You'll accept "what for they are invented ?" ?

Of course. What's wrong with that?

It's perfectly acceptable English, if a little unconventional in
construction. And I've already noted my assumption that the OP's first
    language isn't English.

    Thanks,
    Rich
