  1. I was paging through our office copy of the 1957 Edison Institute
    "Underground Systems Reference Book" and wishing that I could find an
    up-to-date equivalent. Does anyone still produce works of this scope
    and authority, or is there just no money for that sort of thing in this
    penny-pinching deregulated world?
