I have a broken number "4" on my Red Lion CL200010 and I took it apart because I thought it would just have 2 standard 4x4 matrix keypads controlling the membrane keyboard pad. :) Well it looks like to me it is a 30 key keypad with a 11 pen output? The "enter" key it 1 button.

The brand of the terminal connector is FCI and there are 2 stickers with 919487 and 100102 on them.

I am lost and I don't know anywhere else to look.
Help please. :)

BTW the password has a "4" in it.... the main problem. :)

Ah, 11 pin -- I was trying to figure out what "pen" meant. It should have been obvious.

30 buttons is 6 rows of 5 (or 5 rows of 6) and would correspond to 11 pins.

With a multimeter you should be able to quickly determine what the rows and columns are and then spot the missing place where the "4" button should be.

One solution is to simply wire another switch across those pins.

I never thought of that! That's a great idea! I would just need to wire it up temporarily to change the password to not include a 4. Then remove it.

I was just fixed on replacing it for some reason?
Thanks
