I had a set - they were made by Recoton - VX900 is the model, and they
used a pair of 900MHz antennas to do it. Fair quality. I'm sure there
is a 2.4GHz model now.

Back when I was much younger I recall some devices that would
re-broadcast a tv signal. They were low powered and could be used to
send a tv signal throughout a home. Does anyone know anything about
them? I'm asking because I was thinking how handy it would be to hook
a DTV converter to it and watch DTV on all the sets on the house via
their analog antennas. Of course it would all be on the same channel,
but it still would be a good way to use those old analog tvs without
buying multiple converters. For example, I like to watch football
games in my garage on sundays, when I work on other stuff. I just
used a portable tv with it's built in antenna. I could tune in one
converter in the house and be able to watch the game in the garage
without having another converter and putting an antenna on the garage.

Does anyone know anything about this?

Thanks

Rabbit had such a product. I have a set or two in the garage, unused, if
you're interested.

I think X-10 makes or made such a product, but I'm not sure.

Most work at UHF frequencies. Once analog broadcasting is discontinued, they
could come in mighty handy for demoing your classic TVs.

I have one hanging around somewhere...runs on UHF channel 19, mono only.

IIRC, not Part 15 accepted.

Stan.
