Which is it? Every other post you squawk off about accuracy, and
every other post, you squawk off about how the OP didn't need anything
but an estimate.

Ride that razor blade.

YOU are the one who felt that the OP would have never gotten adequate
accuracy with an ampclamp.
Next thing I know, you are touting a $3 DMM.
You idiot...do I have to spell this crap out to you 500 times before your
dense pathetic existence picks it up?

The cheapo meter and cheap resistor would be less costly, and
sufficiently accurate for the poster's needs. That is what YOU fail
to grasp. I beat you many times over, both on the cheap, and the
accurate ways to do this job. You lose!

Wrong again, you beat nothing but your pathetic meat....What exactly are you
claiming now.....Is the .001 ohm resistor out again??? You will never
measure that thing accurately and cheaply you total fool...
ROTFLMAO......you lose....yeah...typical Troll behavior...after being made
the fool....claiming victory.....LOL....

What? That $300 amp clamp?

OH one other thing pinhead.....You still think one and all are dumb enough
to believe the OP would be able or willing to use your method????....

Dumber than dirt.....amp clamps don't cost that much.
Where is the make and model of that fabulous cheap meter??????

For all you know, he made an online order for the resistor, got it,
went out to the home store, got a power strip with a breaker, went
back to his garage, and fashioned a device to do exactly what I said.

In fact, he may know ohm's law so much better than you that he
constructed a device that he can use years into the future.

You don't fucking know.

I would be more easily inclined to think that he could do that
before I ever would think that you could. Mr. DangleTard.

True RMS clamps do.
Where is the make and model of that fabulous cheap meter??????
I ask you they same thing. Your "cheap clamp" solution is over 5%
off... easily, and it ain't cheap. If the thing is cheap, then the
reading is bogus.

My solution, even without precision, or true RMS facility will get
the guy closer than that. I would venture to say that even the $3.00
meter might beat your class of amp clamps.

Got clue?

Yeah dummy, the OP asked how to measure current and already knew.....
Dumber than dirt and denser too .... DumbMatter!

So original.....he steals his one liners from a milk commercial......pitiful
idiot....
My ampclamp solution is NOT 5% off by any stretch pinhead....and you and
that $3 meter....
You still think it will measure the drop across a .001 ohm resistor????
Uneducated peckerhead!
Absolute Troll bullcrap.........

Sorry, dipshit, but they are around 2% plus or minus ONE COUNT in
the last digit. THAT is only in the middle third of the range of
operation.

Near the top and near the bottom of their stated range, they are
even farther off!

So 5% is a quite reasonable estimate of the likely error when
measuring below 5 amps, which is the likely scenario here.

No, you do not have any clue.

Better than a current probe with only one digit showing behind the
decimal.
Uneducated peckerhead!

That'd be you.
Absolute Troll bullcrap.........

That is definitely a good sig you got their, bub. Fits you to a T.

says...

The same applies to your .001 ohm resistor. You have perhaps 1%
tolerance on the resistor, plus the meter tallegiance, *plus* the
quantization error
.

...don't forget *far* safer.

You have to wonder how many times you have to put the facts in the face of
of this idiot....I'm in for the long haul........I will beat this dumb
bastard with the facts till he finally passes out!
