RCA ATC Chassis

Units having the famous blown HV Block and burnt resistor on the deflection
board.
Suggestion after repairing too !$&^!!#$%6 many of these.
First: Replace the HV Block
Second: Replace the burnt resistor.
Third: Switch on the set and inspect the geometry.
Fourth: If the pcb is not severely burnt or charred your service may be
complete excepting some minor adjustments.
Fifth: Enter Service Mode and write down all 26 parameters and their
respective values.
Sixth: Replace the deflection board if required, enter Service Mode, and
enter correct values into the respective paremetre locations.
This procedure may assist repairing these sets without having to do a
complete geometry setup after replacing the deflection pcb.
