    I have a Radio Shack's multimeter ,catalog # 22-174.
It got the electric shock by my mistake.
So it was burn out one line of circuit pattern.
    I connected with jump wire.
    But it's still abnormal,
So I'd like to replace tcr6022-5d503c.
Please help me , how can I find that new part ?

There's probably more damage than that. Other components may not be visisbly damaged but no longer within their original specification. Even if you get the meter working, it may still need to be calibrated.

While it is laudable that you try to repair instead of throwing the meter away, this is probably one of the cases where a repair is not meningful - other than to satisfy your personal curiosity.
