We do not know how much of a charge is there when 3 or 4 bars are shown.
We do not know if your charger properly detects a full charge (not simply showing the voltage) then stops charging.

If you look at the photo you can see that the indicator has a total of 3 bars so 3 bars are 100% and I only have to recharge 2 bars to avoid going 100% and jeopardizing the useful life of the polymer lithium battery? recharge for USB cable

We do not know what the bars show. If 3 bars is fully charged then we do not know what 2 bars is. 2 bars might be when the battery is close to the 3.2V warning or the 3V minimum allowed.

Charge it to 100% then remove the battery and let it sit for one hour then measure its voltage.
Then install the battery and use it until the display shows 2 bars, remove the battery, let it sit for 1 hour and measure the voltage.
    Report the voltage measurements here.

I have no way to measure the battery because it is very difficult to remove the lithium polymer battery from the device it does not have screws what I have is this charge status indicator with 3 bars indicating full charge

    a) Charge it to 2 bars.
    b) Wait 2 months.
    c) If the charge state is 0 or1 bars then charge to 2 bars.
    d) Repeat b and c indefinitely.
Report back in 2 years time.

if i recharge 3 bars is it sure it is the same as 100%? I'm in doubt because the manual says to recharge every 3 months

Nobody knows what the bars mean.
Nobody knows why they say to recharge every 3 months.

If during the use of the device the charge reaches 0% or close to 0% the useful life of the lithium polymer battery is reduced or the useful life is reduced only if it stays at 0 or close to many days?

if I recharge the lithium polymer battery to 100% and use the device, will the useful life be reduced or will the useful life of the lithium polymer battery only be reduced if I store many days by 100%?

www.batteryuniversity.com answers most of your questions about a lithium rechargeable battery but they don't know the product's charger or anything in the product (a clock?) that is draining the battery for 3 months.

They say that if a Lithium cell's voltage has stayed long at a full charge voltage of 4.20V then its life is shortened. They say that if it is discharged below about 2.5V or 3V then it is ruined.
They say that if you do not use it for any amount of time then the battery will last longer if it is stored at 3.7V to 3.8V.
The battery also has a limit for the number of charge, use then recharge. About 500 times.
My lithium rechargeable batteries are stored all winter at 3.7V then used about 100 times each summer. They last for 4 to 5 years.
A friend of mine bought 10 Cheap Chinese lithium rechargeable batteries. 5 did not work and the others lasted only for a few times.

Nobody knows what the bars on your product are showing.

That you stop posting the same request repeatedly.
You have already received advice, which you have chosen to ignore.

I did not ignore the advice, only I said what is included in the manual of the device and I want to adjust it for longer life of the lithium polymer battery because it is not possible to always measure the voltage and discharge

    Hello,

Does the pen give a warning when it needs to be charged?

I have a toothbrush with a lithium battery that has an 3 bar indicator.
When the battery is "empty" the lowest led wil blink red, as sign that it needs charging.
(the leds are only on when in use).

I received the equipment when turning it on, it was charge with 2 bars and I put it to recharge for 30 minutes after 30 minutes it was still on 2 bars so I put it to recharge for 1 hour

Is it possible to extend the recharge and discharge cycles of the lithium polymer battery?
