If I get wet air inside the tied bag that I posted the photo will also enter dry air?

Is there any way to avoid moisture problems without using silica and no other items? Control in a natural way?

You could vacuum seal the bags.

Fill all the empty spaces with silica gel first then!

Ziplock bag protects from moisture?

They might be ok if you squeeze most of the air out and include a silica gel pack to absorb any moisture in the contents.

Is it more dangerous to humidity the use of a common tied bag or a ziplock bag?

Neither is more dangerous to humidity

A sealed bag Mary be more dangerous to the contents if you don't take action to handle moisture that is trapped in the sealed bag.

A tired bag may be more dangerous to the contents if the air outside has lots of moisture.

Which room or room is most recommended for storing electronics? Closed room without door and without window?

That is pretty much impossible to say.

A room with controlled temperature and humidity would be best

Yes, if you keep the electronics in a vacuum or in a closed environment which has some other (e.g. mechanical) de-humidifer. Perhaps in a freezer?

Since you keep asking the same question, perhaps we should ask what answer you want.

How about:
  1. Store them in paper bags with an old mushroom
  2. Soak them in olive oil and place them in a barrel of salt.
  3. Wrap them in cling-wrap and place them in a shoebox with a smelly sock.

What is wrong with silica gel?

Store them in a sealed plastic box with a lid clipped shut. I store my rolled oats (for porridge) in such a box.
Put some well-dried grain in to absorb water from any leaking air, in other words use this as a substitute for silica gel. The grain (wheat, oats, maise, rice) can be dried in an oven.

What is your local climate?

What is wrong with slica gel?
