TV CRT has no grounding to bypass the charge generated by the snap clicks and block the charge for crt, flyback and board

Lots of (most) equipment these days has isolated chassis and no earth wire in power lead

Will the electric charge generated by the crackles not be diverted to the ground, preventing this load from damaging crt, flyback, boar and snes connected by AV?

For high humidity locations do you recommend using the CRT TV how many times in a month for how many minutes to avoid cracking, oxidation and without reducing the useful life of the components?

A couple of hours a week has crt wear and all the components of the TV? This my backup CRT TV will only be used definitively when my current TV dies but CRT only has 20000 hours of life expectancy

When my current CRT TV is dead and I'm going to use this backup TV, there will be only a few hours of use

You should be able to pick up a used CRT TV for next to nothing.

The power supply that generates the voltage for your CRT has a negative terminal. Use that ground. Be careful, this is very high voltage.
