    1) It's possible. Heat and voltage transients can damage components.
    2) You would have to ask the capacitor manufacturer.

    1) with the cartridge inserted in the snes on these problems do not occur?

    2) I do not know the capacitor manufacturer and there are several manufacturers

    What happens to snes slot end of life? Do the pins break? What is the death of the slot?

    Approximately How many inserts do the snes cartridges support?
