Question about semiconductor band gaps

    Semiconductor A has higher band gap than semiconductor B. If both A and B have same dimensions, the same number of electrons at a given temperature and the same electron and hole mobilities, then
    a) A has larger no. of holes than B
    b) A has smaller no. of holes than B
