    A few daze ago or so, there was a posting referring to a YouTube
    presentation of a breakdown of a $5 mobile phone.
    Would like to get that reference.

  4. They did say it was a refurbished "$50" phone, though.

    Newegg sells some "$50 list" unlocked phones for $25, which is
    probably closer to the real value of a newly manufactured low-end cell
    phone (though there may still be some recycling of subsidized "plan"
    cell phones going on, based on the small print.
